I write therefore I am. Yeah I know, Descartes is probably turning in his grave at this heinous misquote but I think it fits me perfectly. When I don't write I get cranky because it gets really loud in my head. My characters clamour for my attention and start telling me what they want to do next. It's mayhem in there! I'm a writer of a paranormal romantic fiction, a mom, a wife, a reader and a hopelessly adoring fan of New Rock boots.
If we're ever having a conversation and I suddenly have a blank look on my face it's because I'm working out the next scene in my book and I mean no disrespect. Or, as a mom to an infant I've fallen asleep with my eyes open!
